In accordance with Article 13 of the Cosmetics Regulation, the Cosmetic Brand owner must have a responsible technical staff member with the appropriate level of professional competence and necessary experience.

In accordance with the Cosmetics Legislation, companies cannot be operated without employing responsible technical staff and qualified personnel required by the service. In accordance with the Cosmetic Law No. 5324, the manufacturer who does not employ the personnel required by the service is fined ten thousand Turkish Liras.
